Actions
Create task
Posts a task to the HiX worklist. The task appears on "Mijn werklijst" and can be launched directly from HiX.
Fields: Patient ID, Patient name, Task title, Task description, Requester (defaults to ZTOP), Launch URL
Data points returned: taskId, statusCode
